Originating in the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean we have been able to
duplicate it with our Hand Blended Ingredients: All Natural Fava Beans,
Garbanzo Beans, Spices, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Baking Powder,
Dehydrated Parsley and Corn Oil resulting in a distinctive aroma and a complex
and delicious taste. Our Falafel is a relatively healthy vegetarian meal; rich
in protein, fiber and many other nutrients.

It is easy to use: Add 3/4 cup of water to 1 cup dry mix, mix and let stand for
20 minutes. Form patties, fry in hot oil or bake until crisp and golden brown.
